These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 444gk platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 444gk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). - You have not previously had a 444gk account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by 444gk for breach of these Terms or for any other reason determined by the platform.
444gk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If a player is found to be ineligible, any winnings generated during the period of ineligibility may be voided and the account may be closed without prior notice. Players bear sole responsibility for ensuring their eligibility before and throughout their use of the platform.
Account Registration and KYC
To access the full 444gk platform, players must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to all 444gk accounts:
- Each player may register and maintain only one account. If more than one account is detected belonging to the same individual (including accounts registered with different phone numbers or email addresses), all such accounts may be suspended.
- Players must provide their real name, date of birth, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and accurate contact details during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before a player may make withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (National ID or passport) and, where requested, proof of address and a selfie with the ID document.
- Players are responsible for the security of their account credentials. 444gk will never ask for a player's password by email, SMS, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 444gk support immediately.
444gk reserves the right to request updated or additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the matter is resolved.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 444gk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 444gk does not accept international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or bank wire transfers at this time.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to prevent fraud and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts not linked to the registered player are not permitted.
- 444gk aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. However, processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, during periods of high transaction volume, or where a withdrawal is flagged for security review.
- 444gk does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply its own transaction charges in accordance with its standard fee schedule. 444gk is not responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering checks. 444gk reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where suspicious activity is identified, pending investigation. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, 444gk may report the matter to relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
444gk offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the terms of that individual promotion.
- Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Any player found to be exploiting bonus structures, using automated systems, or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering activity will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings voided.
- 444gk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Once a bonus has been claimed and the associated wagering activity has commenced, the terms applicable at the time of claiming will apply.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless 444gk explicitly states otherwise in the applicable promotion. Players must opt in to each promotional offer; bonuses are not applied automatically unless stated.
Any attempt to abuse the 444gk bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using bots or scripts to place bets, or engaging in matched betting against other offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the 444gk platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any part of the platform, including game lobbies, cashier functions, or bonus systems.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the platform's software, game logic, RNG systems, or security infrastructure.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, deposit, or withdrawal process, including impersonating another person.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including chip-dumping in poker or table games, or sharing account access with another person for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
- Using funds of criminal or unlawful origin to make deposits on the platform. 444gk operates strict anti-money-laundering procedures and is obligated to report suspicions of financial crime to relevant authorities.
444gk's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all bonuses, promotional winnings, and any balances derived from such activity. 444gk may pursue civil or criminal remedies where the law permits.
Responsible Gaming
444gk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before the increase becomes active.
- Session time reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that generate an alert after a set period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to help players stay aware of how long they have been playing.
- Self-exclusion: Any player who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may activate self-exclusion from within account settings. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their own personal recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the platform's content, to scraping or harvesting data from the platform, or to any use that competes with or undermines 444gk's business interests.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444gk shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 444gk had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
444gk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party payment processing delays, or events outside 444gk's reasonable control may affect platform availability. 444gk will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable but shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.
Amendments to These Terms
444gk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 444gk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 444gk platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact 444gk support to request account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 444gk operates as an online platform and encourages players to raise any concerns through the platform's customer support channel in the first instance. 444gk is committed to resolving player disputes promptly, fairly, and transparently.
If a player dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within a reasonable timeframe, the player may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to 444gk's support email. 444gk will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. All dispute outcomes communicated by 444gk are final and binding unless overturned by a court of competent jurisdiction.
